Also, benzoyl peroxide is highly recommended for treating acne since it kills that bacteria, so try applying some on your face daily or look for treatments that contain it. Chemical irritants are not the only things that can cause acne, you can irritate your skin by picking at it too much or by washing it with a rough wash cloth. Instead, gently wash your face twice a day with your hands instead of a wash cloth, the pat to dry. Using good acne products and simply treating your skin more gently can help clear up a lot of skin.
