Try this sensual at-home spa treatment to bring back the luster to your body: First take 6 squeezes of your favorite body wash. I prefer a fruity scent when I want to awaken my senses, and a Jasmin or eucalyptus scent when I'm relaxing. Lather up with a moisturizing body was rich in vitamins, nutrients, and plant extracts - such as aloe - to leave your skin feeling silky smooth. Next take 1 scoop of salt body scrub. Polish your skin with a moisturizing salt rub. It buffs the skin, while slothing away dead skin cells, to a smooth, silky feeling. Next apply 1-8 body mist sprays, depending on how intense of a smell you enjoy. I prefer more, but some like a sheer, light sampling of smell. After rinsing off the salt rub, pat dry and refresh the skin with the scented mists. Finally take 1 eye gel mask and apply to face. Wrap yourself in a fluffy, warm towel and complete the pampering experience with a cool and soothing eye treatment. Just place a refrigerated gel eye mask over eyes for 20 while you relax and meditate. Also lighting an aromatherapy candle or burning incense may increase the pleasure of the at-home spa experience.
